5:30 PM Board of Selectmen Meeting
The Planning Board’s joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen was duly opened at 5:35PM.
Mr. Peak informed the Board of Selectmen that Mr. Jeffry Thompson had submitted a letter expressing an interest in filling the vacant position of Associate Member on the Planning Board.
The Selectmen were informed that the Planning Board members had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Thompson regarding the position, and agreed to recommend his appointment. Mr. Peak moved to nominate Mr. Jeffry Thompson to fill the vacancy on the Planning Board as an associate member for a term of five (5) years. Mr. Aldrin seconded the motion, which motion carried. 3/0/0
The Board of Selectmen, at the Planning Board’s request moved, seconded and carried Mr. Thompson’s appointment to the position of Associate Planning Board Member. 3//0/0
There being no further business to attend, the Planning Board m/s/c to adjourn their joint session with the Board of Selectmen.
